1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from www.maxenerwellness.net.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Both opened and unopened products may be considered for return review, subject to verification and approval by Maxener Wellness.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased under promotional offers, discounts, combo offers, clearance sales, or special campaigns.

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

  • Products returned after the 15-day return period.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Reports received after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Please note that Maxener Wellness does not provide product replacements. Approved cases will be reviewed for refund eligibility only.

  • Packaging photographs

  • Description of the issue

4. Refund Process

Once a return request is received and approved, the refund will be processed through bank transfer.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after verification and approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank and financial institution.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Maxener Wellness recommends using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without tracking information.
